Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery if the item is returned in the same condition in which it was sent. Please send an email to our main support email address before sending your return informing us of the shipment and the reason for the return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded. If a refund is approved after receiving the shipment and email, your payment method will be credited with the cost of the purchase.
